Eating out in Minsk

Minsk has a wide range of restaurants and picking out one to your taste and budget might prove to be a tricky business. We have tried to list those establishments that have earned their reputation due to excellent service, delicious meals and convenient location.

Also serving excellent national foods (draniki, babka - both are potato dishes - and various soups) Rakovsky Brovar, where you can taste beer made on the premises, is particularly popular for celebration meals, work parties, birthday bashes and so on in nice surroundings with extremely friendly staff. The category of ethnic restaurants is a well-developed one and these are in high demand with Minsk residents. Among these Casa Agustin Lopez, and Falcone, Uzbekiston and La Crete D’Or stand out.

Club-restaurant Casa Agustin Lopez is about as close as you’ll get to genuine Spanish food in Minsk, and it’s close. Founded by a Spanish cook, the place is proud of its evening show programs and menu rich in marine products. Another place for freshly cooked seafood is Porto Maltese.

LIDO restaurant offers a great choice of drinks and snacks of Belarusian cuisine as well as European one. You’ll eat tastily and well here at a great price and the central location is a real bonus.
